Background

Neil has a litigation practice which encompasses insurance defence, coverage and subrogation matters, corporate/commercial litigation, contract disputes, collections, real estate litigation and real and moveable property related issues, including lien and priority issues. Neil also acts or has acted for many Canadian and international clients in the transportation and leisure industries, often dealing with complex mass contract and tort disputes.

Neil appears frequently in all courts in Ontario. He also appears before the Federal Court of Canada. In addition, Neil has considerable alternative dispute resolution experience, and has been very successful in obtaining early resolutions to matters.
