Members of the firm regularly draft and prepare insurance
policies, and other related documents such as application forms.
We provide coverage advice to insurers, brokers and
insureds on contentious issues including coverage matters.
We are routinely retained by insurers to act as defence
counsel where the coverage in question contains a defence obligation.
In this regard we defend a variety of insureds in various industries.
